    Zaprudskiy Victor Vladimirovich  is a principal of the Moscow Bar «Zaprudskiy and partners».

    Victor Vladimirovich provides active enforcement activity both as an attorney and a representative of the legal entities and individuals in the courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts, prosecutor's offices and the preliminary investigation in criminal and civil matters, arbitrations, and in cases of administrative offenses. Zaprudskiy V.V. also specializes in defense and represents persons accused of a variety of other crimes such as assault, theft, drug possession. He handles administrative driver's license hearings and vigorously assists clients in obtaining and reinstating their driving privileges.

    Along with the implementation of enforcement law practice Zaprudskiy V.V. provides legal assistance to legal entities and individuals to organize events, aimed at  protecting their property, land and property complex of enterprises and organizations in Moscow and other regions of the Russian Federation from raider’s attacks and other informal structures.

    Zaprudskiy V.V. regularly participates in organizing specialized seminars for organizations and business units of credit, insurance and other organizations at the Institute of Banking of the Association of Russian Banks and other educational institutions. Systematically provides legal clarification of various conflict situations in news programs of television and radio broadcasting, the author of over 360 publications on legal topics in the media.

    Victor Vladimirovich maintains an active law-making, including in the context of a regular "round table" on the Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation legislation and judicial and legal reform.
